Sign Possible gathers limited personal data during the booking process via Bookwhen. The information below explains which details are retained and how they are used.
Personal data collected:
Depending on the booking method, Sign Possible collects the following details:
Online via Bookwhen: Name, address, and personal email
Direct organisational booking (invoiced): Organisation name, address, and email
How your personal data is obtained:
Sign Possible uses Bookwhen as its primary booking platform. During checkout, you’ll be asked to provide the details listed above. Your email address, however, is securely transferred to Stripe for payment processing.
The lawful purpose for this data retention and how the data is used:
Data submitted through the booking system is securely stored to support your course booking. Your personal information helps us send you the right updates and course details, so you feel prepared and supported every step of the way
No unauthorised sharing of your data:
Sign Possible does not disclose your personal information to third-party organisations. Your details are provided securely through Bookwhen at the time of booking and are used exclusively for course-related communications.

We use trusted security measures to keep your personal information protected. Bookwhen also takes privacy seriously and you can read more about their data practices here
Data retention period:
Sign Possible stores your personal data for up to 10 years to support any future course bookings or follow-up training you may wish to complete with Sign Possible.

Under the Data Protection Act, you have the right to correct or request the deletion of your personal data. While Sign Possible’s aim is to honour all requests, some information may be retained where necessary for legal compliance or business continuity. When you subscribe to the mailing list:
Your email address is securely stored on Google Drive for the purpose of sending updates and communications. Access is limited to authorised personnel, and your data is retained only while you remain subscribed or until you request its removal
